This beautiful DB4 underwent a 5 year no expense spared restoration between 2004 and 2008. This completely documented task was carried out by a very well respected Aston Martin enthusiast here in Australia.
Care was taken to rebuild this car in the original colour and specification of this Australian delivered DB4 in Sea Green metallic [ ICI 3636] with complimentary beige Connolly hide and Wilton carpeting.
The only nonstandard improvement being the updating of the engine to Vantage tune, which meant the fitting of 3 SU carburettors in place of the original twin arrangement, giving increased performance and torque. However, it should be noted that this was introduced as an option during the DB4 model run in any case.
We sold the car in 2012 and it has remained with the same careful owner for the past 14 years. We now have the pleasure of being able to offer this superb DB4 once again.
