FIAT 1500 S O.S.C.A convertible by Pininfarina 1960

This is a brilliant barn find after 52 years in careful storage, and ready for a sympathetic restoration. Last registered in 1968 in California then imported here over 20 years ago this FIAT 1500 S has the Maserati derived 1500cc Twin Cam OSCA engine. Of the over 34,000 produced, only 3089 had the more powerful Twin Cam engine, and this was distinguished by the large front scoop with chrome finisher.
Presented in original condition and showing a mileage of 46,672 miles, and complete with all features and fittings intact, this is a wonderful opportunity to restore a rare and stylish Pininfarina bodied Italian classic.
The paintwork is dull but with only 2 minor indentations at the rear, and the undersides of this car also appear pleasingly solid .
