This 1969 S4 Elan has been subject to recent works including body refurbishment and re-paint (the rondels stickers, are removable if required).

The seats were professionally retrimmed, while there was also engine, transmission, clutch and differential work, much of it most recently carried out by Lotus specialists, Cam Automotive (Seaford, Victoria). The wiring has also been redone.Adding further to the ‘competition’ feel, the Elan also sits on a set of four-spoke centre lock knock-off alloys, shod with semi-slick racing rubber, plus there’s a flip-up racing fuel filler and single centre exhaust.

With 75,076 miles indicated, this renovated Elan has been used minimally by its current owner, primarily for several club runs.

Coming with a healthy amount of receipts from its restoration and earlier owners, this Elan is a lovely example with interesting provenance, and is ready to simply enjoy.
