This fun post-war British sports car was modified into a ‘Boy Racer’ by Dennis Russell some 20 years ago. It is a wonderfully usable car, with enhancements including front cycle guards, aluminium bonnet (original bonnet and side panels come with the car), 16” wheels, rigid metal frame, XPEG 1500cc block and dry cell battery.
This car has been used sparingly over the last 20 years of ownership, being primarily used for club runs with the occasional historic hillclimbs and sprint events. The car has competed at numerous events including multiple appearances at the Eddington Sprints, Mangalore Sprints, Rob Roy, Mt Tarrengower and Myrniong.
Fitted with striking red leather trim and bucket seats which contrast well with the gun metal grey livery. Also fitted with beige cloth roof with matching front and rear side curtains and full black tonneau
