The Allard Motor Company is best known for it’s production of unique open top sports cars, but in fact the most popular Allard was the P1 Saloon, produced between 1948 and 1952 the Ford and Mercury powered Allard saw 559 examples delivered. A powerful saloon it received a boost in credibility after a win at the 1952 Monte Carlo Rally driven by Sydney Allard himself.
This example features a desirable 5.3 litre Cadillac engine and transmission, it has benefited from an extensive 7 year restoration by marque specialists.
